TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Any damages or escalations to be reported within 48 Hours from the initiation of relocation
completion by the service partner, else the relocation will be considered as successful
relocation without any issues post 48 Hours.
• Octroi and Mathadi labour Charges might be applicable separately at few pin codes and shall
be paid directly to the concerned persons by the customer/client. The party won’t be
responsible for any extra charges.
• Any tips other than mentioned above are strongly condemned by the parties. During the
relocation, anyone asking such tips shall be immediately reported to both the parties, by the
customer, so that necessary action can be taken immediately. Customers not reporting the
issue to parties will be responsible for the tips they pay during their relocation.
• Any increase in prices due to the lastminute change of inventory shall be borne by the
customer. Customer is requested to make themselves aware of the inventory on which the
current quotations are based on.
• Quotations might change if there is any change in the destination or origin including floor or
availability of appropriate service lift. It might also change based on the restrictions from the
apartment complex etc. If not communicated prior to the start of movement.
• Perfect Box, Fabric Sheet & Corrugated Sheet are the property of the vendor. After unloading,
these would be taken back. Otherwise, equivalent cost of materials will be recovered from a
customer, which shall be communicated to them separately by any one or both the parties if
asked.
• Basic Arranging of Big Inventory (E.g.: Refrigerator, washing machine, Bed, Wardrobe, etc)
will be provided at the destination complementary one time.
• Transit day state the maximum time for the delivery of shipment (excluding natural or
government enforcing issue). If the date of delivery is to be extended, it should be informed
prior to HappyLocate and extra charges might be applicable depending on availability and
number of storage days availed. The customer should accept the delivery of goods if the
shipment arrives before the committed delivery date.
• The above quotations cover complementary dismantling/ re-assembling services of basic
goods and furniture. Any sort of advance dismantling shall be charged separately, as per
actual, to customers during unloading. Classification of such a furniture is as per the consent
of vendor and often include modular furniture, Air conditioner, DTH antenna, Water purifier,
Geyser, Wall mounted cabinet and Wall mounted TVs.
• Parties are determined and committed to taking extraordinary measures as per the feasibility
to deliver the inventory on time. However, it shall also be noted that any commitments made by
both the parties pertaining to delivery timelines shall be termed as null or void if the user is
made aware of the fact that the inventory will be transported as a part load.
• Planted flowerpots/cultivation’s will be transported entirely at the risk of the customer.
• Any sort of explosives including LPG filled in a cylinder and Alcohol (and its derivatives) shall
not be transported in any condition. In a case of gas cylinder or containers, it is the role of the
customer to make sure that both of these are empty while a relocation is being executed.
• All the luxury or high worth items (including but not limited to luxury watches, sunglasses,
musical instruments and show pieces) needs to be categorically mentioned to the move
manager before making the final payment. Such items will not be covered under insurance
unless they have been specifically mentioned as the list ofinventory
• Dismantling/re-assembling instruments that require manufactures assistance shall be taken
care by the customer itself.
• Although, all the efforts are made to completely isolate your inventory, any items that can
cause spills shall be properly emptied by the customer. This might include frost in the
refrigerator, cooking oil and batteries. Any damage causing to goods due to spillage of these
items shall not be a responsibility of any party.
• None of the parties shall be held responsible for any delays of consignment delivery arising
out of reasons beyond their control like an act of God, political or general strikes, accidents,
government interventions and priorities or any other such delays, which are not related to the
actions of parties.
• Both the parties will try their best, mutually and exclusively, to make your movement exactly
the way it has been promised however shall not be held responsible for loss or damage
through accident/pilferage, fire/ rain/collision or any other road or river hazard.
• Parties mutually recommend you to avail a comprehensive transit Insurance policy from
Vendor or any third party insurance service provider.
• Warehouse facility will be provided on demand at a location convenient to our service partner.
In case of any specific requirement on the warehouse location, the client should categorically
request for the same before the confirmation of the relocation.
• The 4-Wheeler will be driven to loading point at origin location and from the unloading point at
destination location. Vehicles will be driven up to 250 km basis the availability of Car-carrier in
the particular route and the client is requested to maintain the fuel to cover this distance.
Documents like RC Copy, Insurance copy, Pollution check copy, Driving Licence/ Valid
Government Id will be required for the relocation of the vehicles.
• Original documents are not required for relocating 4- Wheeler or 2- Wheeler.
• Proper pictures and video should be taken before the handover of the vehicle and all the
details should be mentioned in the Goods Consignment Copy or Lorry Receipt.

• All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad, Gujarat Jurisdiction
